Cross X jungle

Don’t use machines become one! With Cross X

The Cross X jungle is a program developed to offer a full-body workout that combines elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to prepare the body for the unexpected. This high-intensity workout is extremely varied and all about getting the most bang for your workout buck. A Cross X jungle participant will likely never do the same routine twice in one week and each workout will usually last between 45 minutes to an hour.

If you are someone who would like to have a constant change in their workouts and are not comfortable with the traditional weight training techniques than you should opt for our Cross X jungle program. This program is a lot like cross fit but is an improved training program which focuses more of reflexes and speed. Sessions are held in groups and are a lot of fun, all sessions are held in a dedicated space which also houses a complete Cross X jungle.
