The LesMills Grit Series workout has been designed to not only improve strength, but also to build lean muscle. The workout uses barbells, a weight plate and your own body weight, to offer a full body workout and blast all major muscle groups. Set to energizing music, your coach will encourage you to get the most out of your workout.
